We offer you 14 days of return from the day you receive your package.

Returns are your responsibility.

We do not accept returns if it is a custom made part.

The value of the returned items will be transferred to the credit card used for the purchase or exchanged for a gift certificate. It is important to us that your purchase is a pleasant experience. This is why there are no additional costs when you exchange an item of a different size or color. However, all exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to return or exchange your item, please follow the guidelines below.

How to return items

1. Contact contact@olisticthelabel.com if you wish to return or exchange a product.

When returning an item, you can easily reuse the bag it was sent in.

2. All items must be returned unused with price tags and in the original packaging.

3. Please return your package to:

4. Please note that the parcel must be sent directly to the above address, as we are unable to collect your parcel from a parcel shop.

5. Once we have received and accepted the returned item(s), you will receive a refund within 10 business days. The refund will be transferred to the credit card used for the purchase.
6. Responsibility for the item(s) remains with you until the item(s) have been delivered to the returns address provided. For your own safety, please retain your postage receipt with tracking number until you receive your refund.
